Game rules for 8 Ball Billiards Classic

The game is played with a cue ball and 15 numbered balls: solids (1-7), stripes (9-15), and the black 8-ball.

Pocket your entire group (solids or stripes) before the 8-ball.

On your turn, you must hit one of your group balls first and either pocket a ball or cause a ball to contact a rail.

Fouls (such as scratching or hitting wrong balls first) usually give your opponent ball-in-hand.

Pocketing the 8-ball early, in the wrong pocket, or while fouling results in losing the game.
