Classic Solitaire

Classic Solitaire is a timeless card game that’s easy to pick up but still keeps you thinking. The goal is simple: you want to move all the cards into four piles, sorted by suit from Ace up to King. You start with seven columns of cards, where only the top card is face-up. The rest go into a deck you draw from when you run out of moves.

Rules and how to play Classic Solitaire online

You can only move cards that are face-up, and when you move cards around the columns, they have to be placed on a card of the opposite color and one rank higher.

Empty spots in the columns are saved for Kings or piles starting with a King. If you get stuck, you draw cards from the deck to help find new moves.

The fun comes from uncovering cards and planning your moves so you can get all the cards into the four foundation piles.
